Returns

Elite Aesthetics is committed to providing the best quality products. If you are not completely satisfied with any product you have purchased online, we are happy to accept a return and provide a refund, provided that:

  1. the purchase was made within the last 30 days,

  2. the product is unopened and in original condition, and

  3. the product is eligible for return (excluded products are detailed below).

 

We can only complete a ‘return’ for a product that was purchased via eliteaesthetics.co.nz.  If the product was purchased at an Elite Aesthetics clinic, please contact the clinic directly.

 

HOW TO RETURN

Please email us at enquiries@eliteaesthetics.co.nz with the following details:

  • order number

  • product you are wanting to return,

  • reason for return request.

 

Please allow 24 hours on weekdays and 48 hours on the weekend for a reply from our customer service team. We'll get in touch to discuss return details with you.

To help us provide better products, product information and service moving forward we appreciate a brief explanation relating to the reason for the return. We will then ask you to suitably package the product for safe transit and return it to us, to the online order fulfilment centre. We will discuss sending a replacement product or refunding the purchase price (excluding shipping costs) to the payment method used to make the original purchase.

Elite Aesthetics will not be liable for the loss of any item being returned. We recommend that when returning a product you use tracked delivery. Items which are damaged during the return transit due to inadequate packaging will not be eligible for refund.

 

CONSUMER GUARANTEES ACT

We will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act and any product which is faulty, damaged, expired or which causes an allergic reaction can be returned at any time for a full refund, including the cost of shipping.

 

EXCLUDED ITEMS

Items of a personal nature, medicines and opened items, or items sold on mark down or clearance, cannot be exchanged or returned, unless the product is faulty, expired or has caused an allergic reaction. Products which are considered Dangerous Goods cannot be sent via courier unless explicitly declared to the courier as Dangerous Goods.

This returns policy only relates to general products available and purchased from this site and does not apply to restricted medicines purchased or dispensed from an Elite Aesthetics clinic.
